Accounting services for sole traders and companies
Bookkeeping outsourcing in Kyiv since 2009. We take on your records, your taxes and your filings - and the responsibility for the deadlines and the mistakes with them.
What is included
What the service covers
One dedicated accountant runs your books. An auditor and a lawyer join in when the question calls for it.
- Bookkeeping – from source documents through to the submitted return;
- Tax accounting and filings – general system or single tax, with VAT or without;
- Payroll and HR records – calculation, accrual, social contribution reports;
- Setting up or rebuilding records – when they were never kept, or kept badly;
- Tax planning – lawfully reducing the burden before it arises, not after;
- Inspection support – we prepare the documents and represent you before the tax office.
A question that comes up mid-afternoon does not wait for month end: we answer the same day, and consultations are not billed separately.

Compared
An accountant on staff, or outsourced
Four differences you notice in the first month.
| An accountant on staff | Business Light | |
|---|---|---|
| What it costs | Salary, social contributions, a desk, software and its upkeep | One figure in the contract, set against your volume |
| Holidays and sick leave | The books stop; the filing waits for their return | Runs without pauses, and someone can pick it up |
| When a mistake happens | Liability of an employee is capped by law | A penalty arising through our fault is covered |
| A tax inspection | You deal with the inspector yourself | We prepare the documents and represent you |
