Privacy policy
This policy explains what data the b-light.net website collects, why it is
needed, how long it is kept and how to remove it. It is written in plain
language: if anything remains unclear, write to
info@b-light.net.
Updated: 3 November 2026.
Who processes the data
Business Light LLC, company number 36581806.
Address: Kyiv, vulytsia Lypkivskoho Vasylia Mytropolyta (Solomianska
ploshcha), building 45, office 414, NEST business centre.
Email: info@b-light.net.
Phone: +38 077 111 8080. We work Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00.
What you give us yourself
Only what you type into a form. There are exactly as many fields as we
need in order to reply.
- Contact form – name, phone, email and, optionally, a
message. - Calculator and service enquiry – name, phone, email,
the package you chose and your answers to the calculator questions: tax
system, number of transactions, whether you employ staff and so on. - Call request – phone, and the day and time that suit
you.
A marker travels with the enquiry showing where you came from: an
ordinary visit or an advertisement, and, if an advertisement, the click
identifier. We use it to tell which advertising brings enquiries and which
only spends money.
Where the enquiry goes
It arrives in the company’s internal Telegram channel, where the
staff handling enquiries see it. Enquiries are not stored in the
website database and are not sent by email – the site does not
accumulate them.
Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small records a site leaves in your browser. Here are all of
the ones used.
| Record | What it holds | How long it lives |
|---|---|---|
| qtrans_front_language | the site language you chose | one year |
| bl-theme | light or dark theme | until browser data is cleared |
| bl-consent | your choice about statistics | until browser data is cleared |
| bl_src, bl_gclid | a marker that the visit came from an advertisement, and the click number. They appear only if you arrived from an ad, and go nowhere except with your own enquiry | 90 days |
| _ga, _ga_PB8ZMZ3FJ4 | an anonymous browser number for Google Analytics. They appear only after your consent | up to two years |
| _gcl_au | Google Ads data about an advertising click. It appears only after your consent | 90 days |
| _clck, _clsk | a visitor number and a session number for Microsoft Clarity. They appear only after your consent | a year and a day respectively |
WordPress service cookies appear only for staff who have signed in to the
administrative area. Visitors never receive them.
Statistics and advertising
The site uses Microsoft Clarity, which records how a visitor moves the
mouse, where they click and how they scroll, so that we can see where people
stumble. Clarity’s session recording and cookies appear only after your
consent. Its library, however, loads straight away, so Microsoft does see the
request itself: your IP address, your browser and the page you came from.
The site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads through Google Tag Manager.
Before you consent they run in a no-storage mode: signals are sent
anonymously and no cookies are written at all. Press “I agree” and the
records in the table above appear, and we get to see page visits and
whether the advertising works. Decline and the site behaves exactly the
same, simply without measurement.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries – six months, if the matter did not lead to a
contract. - If it did lead to a contract – for the term of that
contract, and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax law requires. - Cookies – the periods in the table above; you can
delete them at any time from your browser.
Who we share data with
- Google – anonymous data about visits and advertising
clicks, and only after your consent. - Microsoft – recordings of on-page behaviour through
Clarity, after your consent. - Telegram – the message about your enquiry is delivered
through it. - Hosting Ukraine – the company whose servers host the
site.
We share the data with nobody else, and we do not sell it.
Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Personal Data you may find
out what data we hold about you, receive a copy of it, correct anything
inaccurate, demand deletion and withdraw your consent. Write to
info@b-light.net and we will answer
within thirty days, as the law requires. If our answer does not satisfy
you, you are entitled to approach the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for
Human Rights.
How to withdraw consent to statistics
Press the button below: your choice is cleared, the page reloads and the
site asks you again.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts collecting anything else, we will change this text and
update the date at the top. We will not announce changes separately, so look
here if this matters to you.
