Bookkeeping for companies

We keep the books for companies on the single tax and on the general system: source documents, payroll, filings on time. One accountant who knows your business, not whoever picks up the phone.

Accounting support for an LLC — from 4 990 UAH/month

Packages for LLCs on the single tax or the general system. The fee depends on transaction volume, VAT status and headcount — we name the exact figure after a free express review (1–3 working days) and fix it in the contract for the whole term of cooperation.

A penalty incurred through our fault is ours to pay.

Free express review of your books before we start

Before the contract is signed we spend 1–3 working days checking the state of your accounting and reporting against the documents you provide, and we show you the risks. The express review does not replace a full audit.

Handing over your accounting is not handing over paperwork. It is handing over responsibility for deadlines, for source documents matching contracts, and for no return leaving with an error in it. We take on companies on the single tax and on the general system, VAT-registered or not, and keep the books so that a director never has to hold the filing calendar in their head.

What the monthly service covers

  • processing incoming and outgoing documents and checking them against contracts;
  • issuing invoices, completion certificates and delivery notes;
  • payroll, together with unified social contribution, personal income tax and the military levy, plus HR records;
  • drawing up and registering tax invoices in the unified register, and watching the registration limit;
  • preparing and filing returns: VAT, corporate profit tax, the combined payroll-tax return, and financial statements;
  • preparing payment orders for taxes and confirming they went through;
  • reconciliations with the tax office and with counterparties.

Who this suits

A company with no in-house accountant, or with one who can no longer carry the volume. Companies that have just registered and would rather not begin with mistakes in their first quarter. Businesses where the books have been kept irregularly and now need putting straight before the tax office takes an interest.

Foreign trade is a case of its own. Currency transactions, exchange differences and settlements with non-residents need separate attention, and we build that into the scope from the start rather than discovering it later.

How the handover works

Before signing we look at the state of your accounts: whether periods are closed, whether anything is underpaid, whether the source documents agree with what has already been filed. If there are risks, you hear about them before the contract.

Then we take over the ledger, the documents and the access, agree how documents will be exchanged, and fix the scope, the deadlines and each side’s responsibility in the contract. Handover takes about two weeks and does not require pausing operations: no filing deadline is missed in the process.

Penalties and interest incurred through our fault are compensated. That is written into the contract, not promised across the table.

What the fee depends on

The price is not a number of hours; it follows volume and risk. It depends on the tax regime and whether you are VAT-registered, how many source documents arrive each month, how many people are on payroll, whether there is foreign trade, and whether management accounting is needed alongside the statutory books. A single-tax company with ten documents a month and a VAT-registered company on the general system with twenty employees are different work, whatever an average tariff says.

We name the exact figure once we can see your numbers, and fix it in the contract for the whole term.

Common questions

Can we hand over mid-year?

Yes, and it is the usual case. We take the books from any date: we pick up the balances, check them against the last return filed, and close the current period ourselves. There is no need to wait for January.

Who answers for the previous accountant’s mistakes?

For the period before handover, responsibility stays with whoever kept the books then. But we always review that period before signing: if there are open periods or underpayments, you hear about them straight away rather than a year later from the tax office. Putting them right is separate work, and we quote it before starting.

Do we have to come to the office and carry documents around?

No. Documents are exchanged electronically and we agree the routine at the start. Where originals are needed, there is a courier.

What happens if the tax office schedules an inspection?

Support during an inspection is part of the monthly service. We prepare the documents, answer the requests and represent you in dealings with the inspector – it is not priced separately at the moment an inspection has already been scheduled.
